South African Rare Breed Poultry Association

The South African Rare Breed Poultry Association (SARBPA) is a Show Holding Club affiliated with the Southern African Show Poultry Organisation (SASPO). Our aim is to promote the breeding, preservation, and responsible exhibition of rare poultry breeds, while striving to uphold and improve recognised breed standards. We seek to encourage knowledge sharing, fellowship, and open communication among breeders and exhibitors, and to support the use of modern communication platforms to connect rare breed enthusiasts locally and internationally. Through shows, education, and collaboration, we work to advance the interests and welfare of rare breed poultry in Southern Africa and beyond.
