Please note that applicants may choose to apply as either a regular member, affiliated to SASPO through another club.
Or as an affiliated member, in which case affiliation to SASPO is through the South African Rare Breed Poultry Association.
Affiliation to SASPO is required in order to order rings. Please note that rings are used solely for identification purposes and do not in any way reflect the quality, merit, or show potential of a bird. With the exception of agricultural shows, all birds must be ringed in order to be eligible for entry into a show.
